These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Aero Wraps website and the services we provide at our studio in Plano, TX. By using our website, requesting a quote, or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

Aero Wraps provides vehicle customization and protection services, including vinyl wraps, paint protection film (PPF), Color PPF, window tint, ceramic coating, and commercial wraps. All work is performed in-house at our Plano studio.

Quotes & Estimates

Quotes are free and are based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed after an in-person inspection of your vehicle, and may be adjusted for vehicle size, surface condition, design complexity, or additional work discovered during inspection. Unless stated otherwise, quotes are valid for 30 days.

Appointments, Deposits & Cancellations

A deposit may be required to reserve an appointment or to order materials, and is applied toward your final invoice. Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Custom-ordered or special-order materials may be non-refundable once ordered.

Your Vehicle & Your Responsibilities

You agree to disclose any prior repaints, bodywork, paint damage, or aftermarket finishes before work begins. Vinyl wraps and protection films bond to the vehicle’s paint: on factory paint in good condition they are designed to be removable, but on repainted, aged, or compromised surfaces, paint or clear coat may lift during installation or removal — work on such surfaces is performed at the vehicle owner’s risk. Please remove personal items from your vehicle before drop-off; we are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

Drop-Off, Pickup & Storage

We take reasonable care of every vehicle in our possession. Vehicles should be picked up within 5 business days of completion; a reasonable storage fee may apply after that. Payment of the remaining balance is due at pickup, before the vehicle is released.

Warranties

Our installation work is backed by a workmanship warranty, and the films and coatings we install carry their manufacturers’ warranties (terms vary by product — ask us for the specifics that apply to your service). Warranties do not cover damage from collisions, road hazards, misuse, neglect, improper washing (including automatic brush car washes), harsh chemicals, or modifications or repairs performed by others. Aftercare instructions are provided at pickup; following them is a condition of warranty coverage. To start a warranty claim, contact us using the details below.

Window Tint & Legal Compliance

We install window tint to comply with Texas visible light transmission (VLT) requirements. If you request film outside standard legal limits (for example, under a medical exemption), you are responsible for maintaining the required documentation and for compliance with applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of our services or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the service at issue, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be limited by agreement.

Website Use & Content

The content on this website — including text, photos of our work, and branding — belongs to Aero Wraps and may not be copied or used commercially without our permission. Website content is provided for general information, may contain errors, and may change without notice. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and are not endorsements. You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to interfere with its operation.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the website or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
